Is there a handling charge included in your P&P?
Our shipping charge includes the actual postage cost paid to the Royal Mail, the packaging materials, printing costs, and paying the person who does the packing!
How can I pay?
Payment may be made by:
Credit/Debit card through Paypal or Google Checkout.
Bank Transfers (Please email for Account No & Sort Code OR IBAN & BIC)
Uncrossed UK Postal Orders
Cash in UK Sterling or Euros (Sent by Recorded Delivery OR suitably disguised & at your own risk!)
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept cheques as the bank charges to clear them are too high.
How will you pack my parcel?
We will pack your books with sturdy corrugated paper and then wrap them securely in brown paper. The corrugated paper is made from recycled material and your packing slip is printed on recycled paper.
We do not just put items in Jiffy Bags because the books can move around inside them and become damaged.
How long will my books take to arrive?
UK orders are sent by First or Second Class Post and should arrive within 3-5 days from when the payment is received, depending on method selected.
All European orders are sent by Airmail and should arrive within 6-10 days.
Orders outside of Europe will be sent by Airmail and should arrive within 10-21 days. Surface Mail can be requested for larger orders but can take up to two months to arrive depending on the destination.
My parcel haven't arrived yet?
If your parcel has not arrived within the times stated above, please telephone your area's Sorting Office (their number will be in your local telephone directory.)
What about Returns & Refunds?
If you are not happy with your item(s), please email us within 3 days of receipt. Goods must then be returned within 7 days (UK) or 21 days (Overseas) in the same condition as they were received and in their original or similar packaging.
If the item was accidentally misrepresented, we will refund your total payment plus the return shipping costs. If there was no fault with the listing, we will only refund the cost of the book(s).
The most common reason for non-delivery is that the parcel was too big to fit through the letterbox so it has been taken back to the Sorting Office for you to collect. The postman may, or may not, have left a card to inform you of this! The Sorting Office will hold the parcel for 2-3 weeks pending collection before returning it to us.
